I’m Kathy. I am a birth doula and birth educator. My passion is to see couples be empowered to have the birth they would like. As a birth doula, I don’t give the mother strength, instead I can show a mother how strong she is.
Full Service Labor and Birth Support

Prenatal Visits
Getting to know you, and your wishes and expectations for the day of birth. Basic birth education, birth plan creation and answering your questions about the big day.

Labor and Delivery
Emotional and physical support for the birthing family including being on call 24hrs a day from 38 weeks till delivery.

Postpartum Support
Selective support either virtually or on-site after birth for up to 2 weeks.

For postpartum support, I do want us to get to know each other. This includes 1 prenatal visit.

Postpartum Support
I am a MEGI certified postpartum doula. A Postpartum Doula serves the woman and their family in the home after Labor from birth up to about 2-3 months of age. I make sure you're emotional & physical . For example: enabling the mother to sleep, shower, and rest by caring for you, your infant, and supporting you in your feeding/sleep choices.
